Grassroots Lobbying

Democracy doesn't end at the ballot box! Part of the duty of being a good citizen is holding folks accountable after they've been elected. Following up with the our Kentucky Civics 101 All Network Gathering in April, we are partnering with Kentuckians for the Commonwealth (KFTC) to bring "Grassroots Lobbying 101 for UUs" to our All Network Gathering on May 5 at 7pm ET (6pm CT)

Why now? Because it is easier to get their attention during the "off" season (right now) than it is when the General Assembly is in session! This session will help you feel more comfortable talking to and developing a relationship with your elected representatives. RSVP Now!

Our All Network Gatherings are the first Wednesday of every month.  All Unitarian Universalists in Kentucky are invited to these free, online gatherings.

KUUJAN's coordinator, The Rev. Dawn Cooley, has given notice of her resignation. Her last day with us will be on July 9.

A hiring team composed of members from the All Peoples congregation and KUUJAN leaders from around the state is being pulled together.  They will be beginning the search to hire Rev. Cooley's replacement in the coming weeks with hopes that the new person will be in place before Rev. Cooley's departure. More information will be shared as it becomes available.

  • The KUUJAN Issue Teams are all recruiting!  These teams are for sharing information with each other, with congregations, and coordinating taking action on various social justice issues. Find out more and sign-up for a team at our website!
  • KUUJAN All Network Gatherings have been scheduled a few months in advance, so mark your calendar and RSVP now:
